This is a very unusual problem I am having at the moment, I'm going to get it looked at by the dealer soon.  But here it is:
 
I connect my ipod via the Hyundai Ipod connection I bought & all the Stereo settings disappear when I start the car. But if you turn the engine off take the key out of the ignition, disconnect the Ipod & re-insert the key and restart the car then reconnect the ipod they magically reappear. it happens about 1 out of three times I start the car & is driving me nuts!!!
