I miss the seats in my old c180k -06, they were very comfy. Bugger cost 3 times as much per km compared to the i30 and broke down all the time. Also smelled like an ashtray from my aunt who was the previous owner. Totaly not worth it.

He  was describing  some 4x4's such as Fortuna, Pajero Sport, etc as:
"I'm a trans-gender ute, I  can tow an absolute shit load,  go over ground you can barely walk over and will not break. Buy me to drive around suburbia full-time means you've been smoking crack."

Some are ok... Depends on his subject. He's grown on me (I used to despise him, but I think I see where he is coming from now.. Pluto)

It's his  unrelenting, sledge hammer, bag everyone and everything dialog style that is his attraction.
I've listened to stuff of his that I'm not interested in just to hear the pee your pants one liners . 👍

He comes up with some very valid arguments mixed in with his dodgy rhetoric. Unfortunately, there are a lot of one eyed people around who will still buy some dodgy models of Ford, VW and Jeep despite me sharing his videos with them.

That's selling him a bit short! He's a qualified mechanical engineer and motoring advisor who has apparently found a lucrative way to cash in on his knowledge.

You need to have a good handle on Australian humor to get this guy. Plus like others have already mentioned, he is an acquired taste. I am yet to catch him out on something that was not true as far as automotive facts he speaks of in his videos though.
