Very odd, I wonder if a door was not shut completely
Ever had the battery changed in it?

Just wondering if it is the OEM battery - when my OEM battery was on the way out it still started the i30 almost every time. But there were a instance where a low power discharge for 5-10 minutes caaused the car to fail to start. Just wondering, something like a some cabin light (no idea how) stayed on - and it was enough to get the battery voltage too low.Though no idea why the radio didn't start working after the jump - unless the cause was some low voltage protection that needed an on/off cycle?

Nice find, Shambles!Off topic but I have found that if I stall my car, my EPS still works for a few seconds even with the engine off. Must be a safety thing - in case you stall and need to urgently turn your steering wheel either way to avoid another vehicle/pedestrian/pole.
