Hello everyone, I'm decided to become a member as I was researching my next car purchase. Great website to all who organised it. I notice there are a lot of Australian's around, well i am an Australian but I live in Malta, Europe.
I've decided to purchase an I30 1.4 petrol model. The range in Malta is a bit limited as the agent only makes the 1.4 petrol and soon the 1.6 diesel but too expensive. Small distances in Malta so the 1.4 should be enough for my needs still expensive I think copmpared to Aussie prices as it is on sale here for 16.000 euros. But I will be taking advantage of Goverment scrappage scheme. Will be replacing an 1991 Mitshubishi Lancer 1.8 Diesel (great car but showing its age and due to accident it will cost more to fix than it is worth).
