A quick one for you blokes,

A year or two back I put some Toyo Teo Plus tyres on SWMBO TDCI Focus with impressive results on the noise front.  I am now in need of a set for my FD SLX CRDI and my local tyre shop tells me the Teo plus is finished.

What Toyo have replaced them with is the Nanoenergy 3 AKA Neo3.

Has anyone used these and what did/do they think?

I have perused the board and understand these are all very good options - Continental Premium Contact 2, Continental Premium Contact 5 and Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance.

Cheers.

From my quick google checks, there are still a few out there, if indeed they have been stopped.

Why not ring the importer and ask direct?

Thanks for the input Beerman.

Living in Tassie makes them not so appealing.

I will try out something one way or the other but when it comes to tyres, I tend to want to keep the dollars in the local town if you know what I mean.

I'll take the list of recommended tyres down tomorrow and see what they can get,

Cheers

Popped in this arvo' to chat about my options and was happily informed that they did indeed have 5 Teo Plus's left, 4 of which will be fitted tomorrow morning.

It will be interesting to see how they compare on this car to SWMBO TDCI Focus.

Cheers

I will be interested to hear how they go, there is a lot of love on Whirlpool for them. However, the love is reflected in the price....

Been around for quite a while, Dazz.

Plenty of mentions on here.
