Hi

A coupe of weeks ago I purchased a 2013 i30 . This was the Elite model where starting the car requires you push the start button when it senses the key is inside (or close to) the car.
Unfortunately, the key has become faulty and the car does not sense the key and hence, the start button will not start the car. I thought it was a flat key battery at first but changing it (twice) has not worked.
Can somebody tell me if there is a manual way I can start the car with the key I've got.
I know with my friend's Holden, you are able to start the car if the start button won't work because it doesn't sense the key, but I  don't know if you can do this with a Hyundai.
Thanks if anybody can shed some light on this for me.
