I have a 2016 I30 hatch - I got an OBDII bluetooth gadget which can grab all sorts of info.

But...

Where the obdii connector is, under the fuse box, it is impossible to close the fuse box door when the adaptor is installed. Has anyone seen a low profile right angle adaptor, or can suggest an alternative - It appears the car side, female end is clipped into the surrounds. I could unclip it, and let it dangle.

I agree a cable is the best option, allowing you to tuck it into the cavity and close the lid.
If you opt for a second version of the lid, with slot for the OBD device, let me know and I can design and print one.

I will go with the cable, but also have a 3D Printer - if you have the STL, that would be cool

But YOU have the lid, so take photos, measure or send links and then I can have a go at designing. :winker:
