I have a problem with my horn (high pitch). it's not working.
Is there any way to access horn without removing the front bumper?

I think you might be out of luck, dani. Here are the instructions from the i30 service manual for removing the horn(s). Note step 1.

Here's the link to the service manual. Look in the "BODY section to see how to pull the front bumper off.


Horn Removal
1. Remove the front bumper.
(Refer to the Body group - front bumper).
2. Remove the bolts and disconnect the horn connectors, then remove the low pitch horn (A) and high pitch (B).
