sometimes, my 4AT lurches into gear at low speeds. i think its 1st to 2nd and only at low speeds, with light pressure on the accelerator. the transmission just slams into gear and it makes the car jump a bit forward and send my head back.
there are no noises or vibrations, and the car behaves totally normally after it occurs. 
i think it might be low trans oil but i have really no clue, no codes or lights of any sort.
it has 160,000 KM (100k miles).
anyone else experienced this?
