Hey guys,

I just finished updating the google map for us with the information above, if possible can you guys let me know exactly where in each state you are? i basically just placed everyone in the capital for each state unless otherwise specified.

Good spread of members, No I don't mean Shambles at 1.5 per D_D  HeHeHe, especially in OZ.

Bit poor in Northern Hemisphere but if the site can get more hits on google then may be we will get a few more members.

Also, what is needed is those with a ?? to add their location.

It's Bunyip (as per list...) 6 months in Aus /6 months in UK.

Encountar, the map is a brilliant idea.

Found myself and you got my marker in the right place.

1. Can a specific forum be set up just for the map?

2. Does anyone have the knowledge and know how so the map automatically puts members location on the map when they register?

Hey Petey,

When you tweak the map a bit more Burnie and Devonport are on the north west coast of Tassie... You have to zoom in a bit because they show Latrobe before they show Devonport. Latrobe only has a few thousand people, Devonport over 25000?

                                 I might be the only Queenslander in the club
                                at present , but I feel far from lonely given all the great
                                camaraderie generated by this group.
                                However it would be good to get a few more of us involved
                                from the sunny north  .
                               There are plenty of good looking i30s getting around on
                               the roads up this way......guess I should print some of those
                               great flyers that D-D and others have developed and
                               start handing them around.

Indeed, but couldn't see any geographical features like in the UK or Oz

Hi S-M...

Print out the fliers by all means, but there are also 2 styles of "business" card on the site which I have printed out and laminated...

They are another good way of "marketing" our site... I'm also going to get our web address printed in plastic letters to go across my back window (fairly small and tasteful)

Will share the source if I can get a good deal....

also done some general tidyup and made things more uniform, sorted people by state (ie starts with the poms,nsw,qld, melb etc) for easier tracking down of people near you
