I need some help please; I purchased from a guy from EBay in Korea (I think) two parts to add radio control to my steering wheel, the remote 967002H250S4 and the Y cable 561902H700.  My car is a Hyundai Elantra GLS 2010.  Sorry no Touring, I wish I had purchased on though.
My car came with cruise control but no radio control, after installing the parts above, now my cruise control does not work.  It actually added mute feature to the radio when you do cancel or decelerate and the on/ off does not do anything in the cruise control remote.
I checked my clock spring and it does have all the pins.   Can someone help or provide some pointers?
The cable I had originally for cruise control remote only, no audio remote was: 56190-2H300

i think your problem is that the parts aren't compatible.
