I didn't know that.

Folding the driver's side mirror by hand is no problem, but doing the passenger one is a bit difficult (unless you have the long arm of the law ).

There is a thread about the differences between the CW and the Hatch on here somewhere (I'll edit this if I find it) It helps to justify the extra $2000.

What I don't like, is how Hyundai won't sell you an SLX cw crdi manual. It has to be an SX. Where's the logic in that?

I've edited my previous post with the link to the differences..

Yes a bit disappointing you can't get an SLX manual but the SX comes up ok with some accessories  :goodjob:

Thanks for that, interesting read.
So they've included a few of the SLX goodies such as rear seat armrest, SLX upholstery, etc + a bit more.

I like seeing our old cars still in good condition.. I saw our old 2006 Getz today.. a tall chap in his 60's has been driving it since we traded it in '08 (appears to be caring for it)  :goodjob:

What does she normally drive and did she take it to a main dealers for service?

If another marque seems strange for the garage to provide a rival.

I am gonna have to give ya a blond answer to that one, which is no big deal for me cos I really know that I am a DOPE some of the time, so, are ya ready :-   She drives a black one normally.....    HAhahahahahahahaa....

When she gets her own car back I repost to proper answer...  I think the loan car will be from the body shop or an independant car hire place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...  so that being the case they'll go for best value, which as we know is   HYUNDAI     (three cheers)   :-)

Was so lovely here just 5 miles away I was sat out for a while ths afternoon.

Next time you are in Heswall, if you let me know and I'm not doing anything, I'll pop along and meet you down by the shore.

ps When you go to Heswall do you go to the the new building on Broad Lane?

Good one guys.  Not sure if this fits the criteria but here's a shot from my i30 of another in front of me at traffic lights. My dash and his bum. Not too good as it's persisting down and all lights are on.
The other pics are of my modification (a rope) to enable my short a..sed wife to pull the hatch down. Had to use some hat elastic to make the rope disappear into the back.  There's a mod for the manufacturers to set an adjustable limiter on the struts.
