I was going to mow the lawn today - but decided it would take too much effort to shovel the 4" layer of snow off it to access the grass.

I sprinkled some Snow Leopard powder on it instead. I bet you cynics think it a waste of time and money - but it has lived up to the salesman's promise and we haven't had a snow leopard in the garden since I started using it. FACT.

I might have to get me some of that, Alan, particularly after your results.  There hasn't been a snow leopard attack ever recorded here in Cygnet, but hey, why take the chance if I don't have to.

Can I use you as the "middle man" to purchase the Snow Leopard powder.  You can add whatever mark up you think is appropriate.

We can't bust heads like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to tell 'em stories that don't go anywhere - like the time I caught the ferry over to Shelbyville. I needed a new heel for my shoe, so, I decided to go to Morganville, which is what they called Shelbyville in those days. So I tied an onion to my belt, which was the style at the time. Now, to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on 'em. "Give me five bees for a quarter," you'd say.

Now where were we? Oh yeah: the important thing was I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time. They didn't have white onions because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones...

My favourite Simpson's quote.

Ned Flanders : "You two are unmarried and were riding two abreast?"
Homer : "Oh I wish, we were riding to a lake."

I'm going to have a bitch here,I came across one of my pet hates today, someone parking in a disabled bay,Sue being disabled and not being able to walk any great distance, when she needs to pop into the shops for something it is handy to be able to park in one of these bays, anyhow today we had to go to Perth and back,on the way home we called into the York IGA,not a problem we did get a spot, but i happened to walk Sue's dog's up the road a little and noticed the car in the bay in front of us did not in fact have an acrod card, sticker what ever you like to call them, the ten, fifteen minutes we were there,I noticed a number of Native Australians, going to and from the car,I said to them you do not have a current acrod card, basically I was told to go screw myself,I have been informed by the deptment who issues these cards, that first you have to report it to the shopping centre or shop which has these spots, which I did,I was informed by the store manager they could not do anything about this as the PPL were Native Australians, next if this can not be sorted by the shop manager, you report it to the national disability services,24 hr line, again I was informed,it was of no use them chasing it up as the offenders where Native Australians.

PPL wonder why there is so much Racism towards our native countymen

Yes, it's a bloody nuisance when people use disabled parks that way.  Often see many Caucasian in our nearby shopping centres abusing these parks.  Scum of the earth.  Never seen my native son-in-law or his relatives abusing these parks. Interesting that.

Oh! How I wish, couriers also especially in Perth are cronic offenders of this practice,I have in fact seen a courier van towed from a disabled bay, should have seen the stage show the courier driver put on when he came out and seen his van disappearing out of the car park and up the road, even funnier was when he ran around asking PPL who the tow service was,all he got was what tow service.

There's good and bad in all races, nothing personal, I don't mean to offend anyone in particular, but I think the gist of the message is about the inability to get action taken BECAUSE of their race and that is simply inexcusable. If I did it, the authorities would be there in a flash in the flesh and there's a hefty fine for that offence.  :(

Yes all races do it,yes IMHO I agree they are the scum of the earth, but in the case of being Caucasian if you are reported and your vehicle details given expect a knock on the door. or the registered owner of the vehicle at least with a please explain and possible fine.

Oh no, another OCD member.  The front of the Elite and Premium is different to the Active.  If you have narrow plates, as we have, the best way of attaching them is with one screw in each corner of the plate.  This forces the plate in a curve that follows the contour of the grill.  Looks much neater.
