Illuminated switch question

Our i30 is now about two months old.  From the outset, I noticed that the only illuminated switches on the driver's door are those for the side windows.  The switches for the folding mirrors, and the mirror adjustment have no illumination.

So I thought I'd ask here before checking with a dealer - has anyone got better lit switches?  Or are we all in the dark when it comes to adjusting our mirrors at night!

We all have illuminated window switches only.

For adjusting the mirrors at night you should wait until someone is following you then twiddle the switch until such time as you are blinded by the lights from behind.  Your mirrors are then adjusted

Alternatively set your mirrors during daylight and try not to grow or shrink in the intervening hours :P

Please accept my sense of humour as intended

Cheers

What?  You got mirrors?

Yeah, but never use them. Why would I want to see behind me, where I've already been

Thank you guys.

I suppose whoever designed it didn't have a wife a lot shorter than himself, or if he did, she never got in the driver's seat when it was dark!

I used to have this problem when we shared the same vehicle I am about a head taller than the wife

We have a vehicle each now and seldom swap...
