Looks like the type A front grille version. I quite like the new rear lights.

Won't be changing my car for a while yet though.

i don't mind either of the two different fronts.  the difference could be a high and low model front.

Maybe in a couple of years I'll get one - but by then they'll have version 3 on the blocks. Or I may get an i40, though it is stupidly big for my needs.

It is actually a good idea that it folds away when not in use as mine in the Hybrid gets wet and dirty from time to time

It is normal to add the wagon later like they did with the current CW

Martin Winterkorn makes a short visit of the i30 et the IAA in Frankfurt one week ago and he seems impressed by the good workmanship "Gut verarbeitet" and the absence of sound at the steering wheel. In german he says "BMW can es nicht, wir können es nicht, warum kann das er" which translated gives "BMW can't do it, we can't do it, why can they do it?"
