Title: i30 SR 17" and Tyre Pressure
Post by: msoon on September 08, 2014, 09:01:45
Hey guys,

Newbie question but would anyone here know much tyre pressure should be appropriate for these wheels?

The manual that comes with the car only states the pressure for the standard i30 wheels, so I'm not quite sure.

Any sorta advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

In general, the pressure should be the same regardless of the size. It's the tyre pressure which carries the load, so it doesn't change.
However, you may find that around 36/38psi will give you the best performance out of the tyres.
If it was me, I'd run 38F and 36R.
