Far out! (my ideal car)

If it comes to OZ I doubt Trish would let me spend 200K on one!  :Pout:

You've got it wrong.

You tell Trish you've made a flawed investment of $200k in chip pan oil, and now need something to get rid of it. Problem sorted.

I don't want to be a spoil sport but I am dubious about the economy claims. The fuel tank must be huge to give the car a 2000 mile range.

And what is this stuff called torque multiplication technology - is it a fancy description of "gearbox".

Bah humbug..................

I've had a chat to Trish and she says I have to wait for the "cooking" model...

I've told her I don't care what she says I've going to check one out on Fry day...

I can't wait for the comparison test against the George Foreman grill .. They don't use much oil and ours is real quick! (we did a bumper feast in only about 10 minutes the other day..)  :winker:

Speaking of which, there's an ad currently on TV from one of those publishing houses for setting up an 00 guage model train set. :whistler:

Trish probably published it! She spends a lot of her spare time researching model train stuff (and gets at least 1 x UK model train book and 1 x Aussie model train book a month)

Edit: she has seen the advert.

I agree.... :goodjob:

But sometimes the first issue of these mags are worth getting as they are usually sold at much reduced price.

I must admit I bought the first issue of the Star Trek mag recently as it was only $3.99 and came with a model of the U.S.S. Enterprise.

I also bought some aircraft mag's first issue as it had a very nice diecast model of a Spitfire....and a Tank mag as it came with a great Tiger Tank model....  :D

We got 2 issues as the first copy was only $7.99 and the carriage that came with it was of reasonable quality and would retail for over $20  :goodjob: The magazine is crap (wouldn't wipe my.. oh never mind...)

That would be a strange thing to do, is it particular to Devonport, or right across the isle  :D
