G'day all,

Just seeing if anyone is aware of how to remove the roof racks off the sx wagon as I would like to repaint them black.

Hi Radar,

Welcome to the club, we decided not to do it but there is a thread on here somewhere (I will add a link to this thread if I find it)

YOU have to carefully pries the covers off each end and then undo one bolt (4 in total)

We were talked out of it as most thought the Silver was more dressy and modern. Rather than match the door handles etc.. we made the door handles match the rails by getting some covers off Ebay

in the first link  i used the wife's cw as the test dummy,its easy to remove the roof bars once you know how.
