Dare I ask where the chrome door handles come from, how much and how difficult to fit?

If you really want to, you can go to your photobucket pics and click "edit" on a pic you want tyo downsize. When it loads up click the "basic" tab (if it's not already showing) and hit the "resize" button. You can bring down the width and height. Click "replace original" to save having to repost your pic(s). Hey presto.

and if you take a close look at teh pics you can see they just go over the top of the orginal door handles.  Very easy to put on.  My wife did one side of them lol

Very sweet pictures. I'm really loving those tail lights with the chrome stuff though - usually not a fan of chromed things, but I really like those light details!!
