I guess you folded the aerial down so no radio for you dude :D

You fold it forward under the rear rack. The aerial is then parallel to the roof line.Radio still works.
The test car I drove before signing on the dotted line had come out of the dealer's yard and didn't have the aerial fitted. Radio still worked fine. I guess you'd lose the signal more quickly out on the highway.
Anyway, I'm only 10 minutes from the surf so if I had no radio, I could live with that.

Yeah I can do that with my UK model... only thing is, I'd be left holding a broken aerial in my hand :rolleyes:

Still, I don't do surf, so that aint gonna happen anytime soon :D

Interesting. The aerial is flexible and it unscrews from the base easily.

Nice car surferdude. I also have the aerial folded under the rear roof bar (UK hatch model).
