Being a big fan of Hybrids I've been following this with interest. I even went and looked at the size  of the Corolla boot again yesterday. It is not as much smaller than the i30 as I thought. 360 ltrs v 378... I guess it will be close to 30k on the road. For some reason although Camry service intervals are 15k/9mths, Corolla are every 10k/6months... Not so good for someone who does 25 to 30k per year.... Had it been a Sedan with bigger boot and arguably nicer styling I may have been tempted. The base model Hybrid camry is to basic. Even the 2nd level doesn't get many goodies.

Yeah I forgot Toyota don't do drive away, that said you never pay list price anyway....I will be interested to see the real world price. 9 months/10,000k is a bit of a killer, even if the servicing is cheap. The Corolla seems to have more in the way of goodies compared to the Camry.

Will be very interested to see if the i30 Hybrid comes to Australia (it should we are their biggest market). If it does, you would expect it to come in under the Corolla's price.

It's actually 6 months (like the Mazdas..) Yes, early 2017 could be interesting.
