Sorry i never replied to your email earlier , been extremely busy at work - pre xmas rush is on in earnest.

The i30 has been scuffed and buffed. It is now ready to wear the sticker with pride.

Steve, Thankyou for sending the stickers. The postie dropped them into work yesterday and mentioned that he has had them for a few days. Hmmm.. Too lazy or busy to get off his scooter and hand them over earlier i guess.

Gave me a good reason to wash and wax the car this morning -

Hi Ozbrum, Thanks for your kind comments.

I am very, very happy with the i30. It is coming up a treat. At this stage it has been cut and then polished using Farecla compounds -

Believe i can still improve the shine by doing an Autopian polish with menzerna polishes followed by Jetseal109 Sealant. But we are headed away for a couple of weeks and the i30 will be out in full weather all that time. So for the moment i have just waxed it to protect the paint until we get back. There are trees everywhere around the car which means lots of leaves and birdpoop will get over the paint. the wax will make it easier to clean upon our return.
