Hi all, need to get to back of my radio anyone know how?????

All the info is in there, but if you ignore the top compartment bits, this might be of some use too

Seriously, it really is easy.

You just have to be careful when levering the fascia. Once you've "loosed" it at the bottom, it's a case of pulling out slowly all around the periphery. I did it on my 2008 FD twice (to fit a flashing led alarm light - also covered on the forum somewhere)

So, what do you need to do to the back of your radio? I'm going to guess you suspect the aerial plug has come loose

OK what did you use lever out?

I recall using a plastic spudger

But only to get started. Once I could get a grip I just used finger power.

The reason I want to get it out is the passenger speaker works one minute and not the next if I put my finger on the right hand side of the radio it works all the time

Well, sounds like you need to get to the rear of the radio

The chances of him being in a 10* mile radius of you are pretty slim I'd reckon...

Yes - but it's secured from underneath.

So is the actual fascia screwed in at the top or is it clips like the bottom

All clips - one of the sticked posts shows how many there are (and their location)
