Hi Guys'n Gals,

Just a quick question about the above....how easy a job is this?

I assume the discs are held on by countersunk screws?

Any helps is greatly appreciated!!

Cheers, Steve.

Hi

Yes the disc is held by the screws.

Simple job.
Clean everything using brake cleaner.
Use only a copper based grease to lubricate moving parts (don't forget the slider pins)
Don't get grease on the friction materials.
Take your time!

Why don't I see the funny side of those two statements? :disapp:

In English, one can get on with a job (i.e. Don't wait, don't procrastinate) but take your time while doing it to get it right...

Or am I wrong there?

Must be different in Australia to the UK.

If someone told me to get on with it, I would take that as being told to "hurry up" :undecided:

Are you being Pedantic Mr Perkins?

If Trish said to Me " Hurry up and load the dishwasher and then when I started doing it said "take your time" I would say "make up your F'ing mind"  :snigger:

Pedantic? Me Daz? Not at all, simply pointing out the importance of understanding the language.
Get on with it - don't leave the job a while... It can't wait.

Once the job is under way - take your time & do it properly.
