I feel like such a nerd, but can I suggest a sans-serif font would be better suited for this kind of application?

Serif fonts are mainly used to promote readability in large chunks of text.

I would either buy some decals, or get some made form my local sticker guy too. If I get a chance ill get one from here and post for comparison, let you guys know font and sizes etc etc

I probably wouldn't put any stickers on my car, but white would be best with a more modern font. Or even if you can register a smaller domain ie; i30oc.com - would make a nice corner sticker.

i would like one to but i dnt know where to put is as i have so many stickers on my car... i treasure my jack daniels racing sticker. how big is 600mm? sorry i wasnt crash hot in maths.

600 mm is the length of two rulers (roughly two feet...)
