 went out to the spring horsepower challenge at Calder yesterday,twelve hours of tyre smoke and racing fuel fumes and sunburn.  did anyone else from Melbourne go?

no Ian i didn't run the i30 mate,but I've got some pics and videos to put up once I've worked out how to.      and dazz there was some smoke and fumes in my car on the way there. my youngest son informs me half way there that his mate that came with us has left his wallet at home,so we go 80kms back to near my home to retrieve his wallet.    but it was an excellent day and an excellent weekend. we went to sandown today for half a day and left early to beat the traffic at the end of the race meeting. I've walked in the door at home and put on the TV to find out the race had to be restarted due to a massive crash just after we had left the track

We had a house full of squealing toddlers but I managed to catch up with most of todays race...Nasty shunt..
