Does anybody know which sensors are used in a Hyundai 2012 i30crdi 1.6 d4fb Diesel engine to control the EGR valve????.I am guessing the TPS and MAP or MAF are used along with ??????
Tried looking it up on my workshop manual but I forgot that it only has the petrol version on it Bugger!!!!!

Well I had a good look at the system and was wondering if one uses a blanking plate on the egr How does the ecu detect that now there is insufficient flow?
Food for thought

Some members have blanked off the EGR valve, against other's advice.

Yeah sorry 'bout that - the search function isn't too keen on 3 character items ( I used blanking and plate)

I have successfully blanked off my egr with a plate from ebay. I got one error code for insufficient flow, only by hooking up my scantool did I even know that it was there.
It didn't bring a light up on the dash. After I cleared it, it never came back.
