Are there any differences in these models on the crdi's?

I cant seem to find any.

I'm trying to think? i think there is some minor differences just can't place them though.
my car is 08 CRDi if there is a difference i think it could be sability control? & maybe Cruise control but not positive

Yes I believe they are the two main differences John but not sure exactly when in 2008/2009 the changes happened. I think at the same time ASC was made standard the SX got a full compliment of airbags too (instead of just the two)
