Sorry, I ended up disappearing off line last night as I had a massive head ache (makes a change from the wife... ;))
I am an ex Volvo driver. I'm not a fan of what they do now, but I did used to like the old ones, the Amazons, 144, 244, 264 etc.
Never had a hat either
There's a Volvo drives around this area and his number plates read "NO HAT"

  • 2019 PD2 Go Petrol, Manual. 30,000 kms.
I've received this information from Northam Hyundai.

The top of the range "Premium" model has leather seats with heaters in the front seats. It also has the panoramic glass roof with front sunroof and Satnav built in. But the "Premium" only comes in Automatic.
The middle of the range "Elite" which is equivalent to an older SLX comes with the Satnav but no leather or sunroof, but is available in manual.

The Elite manual diesel = $27,190 plus on road costs.
The Premium auto diesel = $32,590 plus on road costs.

Regards

In UK the top of the range is the Style Nav which you can view the spec here:

Just click on the model - classic, active, style or style nav on ther right of the picture.

It's interesting seeing the differences.
Our base model is the Active, followed by the Elite, then the Premium.
Both the Elite & the Premium have SatNav + reverse camera.
We don't get front park sensors on any model (which is no great loss because Alan has told us that they don't work anyway).
Leather & sunroof on Premium only.
But as I've said in another post, we can't have a manual Premium.  :disapp:
Our Elite (middle model) has 16" alloys and the top model (Premium) has 17" alloys.

What a bummer. Heated seats for 3 months then back to the plain old cold seats. What kind of feature is that?
I have to ask, is it worth the extra cost?

After all, how cold can seats be (leather can be a tad chilly but if it's that cold you'll be rugged up, anyway)? And which warm quicker, the car's heater or the seats?

I'd say it'sd just that the first batch they've built for colonial shores happened to have this usually Euro-spec feature in them but possibly weren't supposed to and they're deleting it from the list in future shipments.
I live in an area that gets below zero in winter so I wouldn't have minded it.
Cooling seats in summer would be nice too though  :)
