I can't see myself buying a car that looks like that, but I can see myself buying a car with a 1.7 CRDi engine and a dual clutch transmission, especially if the electric motor can be used to give an overtaking boost as it can in some hybrid cars.

Having said that, power collection of 250 watts (ie 1/3 of a horsepower), seems a bit feeble.

I like it - and like Hemmi said, its a concept so the production version will be watered down. The thing that I dont like is the crazy random pattern of the grill, and the lower creases in the doors near the sill are too complicated.

It's a love hate for me.

There's a bit of Lotus Elise styling in it which I absolutely love, but there are parts that I think are overdone, there's a few too many lines, some of them will go for sure.

I don't think I like the 'spiderweb'/irregular grill, I hope they change that and make the front less like the Mazda 3 'smiley face'

Other than that it's great, a detuned 2.0 R would probably be more to my liking than the 1.7........
