I have been told that I need an sd card with a greater capacity in order to update my maps. I just can’t find the sd card! Any advice please?

I'm not familiar with your model but I looked at your photo and, like you, I couldn't see any slot for your SD card similar to my model (shown below).  Sorry for my hazy photo...new phone, haven't read the manual, and unlikely to.  My slot cover is marked "SD".

Someone here should have an answer.  I'm surprised it's not shown buried somewhere in your owner's manual?

Looks to me like it will be a usb-only connection for updates. Does the menu system have an 'update software' option? If so, then it'd be interesting to press that option and see what it prompts for/complains about..

Hi guys and thanks for trying to help me. There is nothing in the sat nav settings and the whole thing is a mystery. I shall have to pop in to the dealer and ask, even if it does make look stupid! I must avoid looking at the shiny new models in the showroom!
