No wonder it's sold out, at that price/performance/look ratio.
-
I wasn't surprised either (100 isn't many)
Be interested to see what they do here for the launch.

30,900eu is roughly $45,600 here so not to bad a price I suppose, a little more pricy than what I'd have hoped for.
They could have kept prices down buy getting rid of useless stuff like the active exhaust system that also has an electronic device inside the car to give a sporty sound  it should have been easy enough to set up a great sounding exhaust without the need for unnecessary gimmicks.

It's hard to know from that exactly what price it will be here, although I suspect mid 40's. Our taxes and other charges will obviously be quite different to Germany.

I haven't heard a definite price, only that they need it to come in below the Golf GTI and the aim was for sub 40k (probably $39,999.99) for the base model and low to mid 40s for the top model. Mind you, I seemed to know more about the car than the dealer, so take that info with the grain of salt it deserves:)

Yeah I know the fealing, I always know more about the cars I buy than the salesmen! :D
