Post by: eye30 on September 04, 2017, 08:31:45
Twelve people have been injured after a competition car sprayed burning fuel over fans at a drag-racing event in central Australia.

The car was doing burnouts at the Red CentreNATS competition in Alice Springs when it sent lit fuel into the crowd.

Not good for those hurt.
Usually at Burn-out comps the general public are not that close,  only officals and camera crew are up against the wall or fence.

Not good, allowing the spectators to get closer and closer to the action is a huge risk now days :disapp: luckily it wasn't Nitro fuel

Very much a freak accident. Burns are a horrible injury by all accounts. Hope the critical guy comes good!
