Club Cards and Flyers (Please print & share them)

Hi Folks,
Bunyip recently found our club cards and flyers and suggested I post them in this welcome section.. which I thought was a good idea so here they are... Don't forget to print some out and share with any owners you spot out and about (to help the site to grow)

This question might already have been asked and answered, but is there (or is there going to be) a club sticker? I reckon either of those images would look great as a sticker.

May need to be careful over copyright when using images etc

Hy could take legal action and ask for compo.

Hyundai would be pretty silly to attack us for using their images to promote their products. It's not very good PR to get shirty about IP when it comes to your fan club. We could approach HMCA and ask them...

Pretty sure we cannot simply copy-and-print the patented/copyrighted logos. We need legal advice here

What we've been striving to ascertain, is how we stand on using the official "Hyundai" branding and "i30" logo in reproducable material, for the furtherance of the model.

Ok, I FINALLY got on to who I needed to talk to at HMCA. They have approved the club to produce the cards as stickers, which is great as it will help lift the profile of the club and might help give the club finances a bit of a kick along!

Members should note that this is not a blanket approval to use Hyundai's Intellectual property. They have approved the club to use the designs in the welcome section. No responsibility taken if you go further than what they have approved!

Can someone (moderator I presume) get in touch with me and I will send you the email chain for the club to keep on file in case I get hit by a bus? Just don't want to post it here as it contains email addresses that shouldn't be in the public domain.

And if anyone out there in the club makes stickers, this might be an opportunity to help out!

Great positive response from Hy.

I presume they had it OK'd by their legal eagles and any emails from them should be, at least, signed off by 1 of the MD's with the correct authority.

i forgot to post here earlier.ive been printing and putting them under wiper blades for about a year now.when i see one parked i stop and put a flyer on.

I have a couple of different versions in my car which I tuck in drivers side window near the handle.. Usually I like to print them on photo paper and laminate them.. (they come up nice

That file no longer exists

Did we ever redesign the flyer, or can we republish it somewhere (I can reinstall it to the server but I no longer have a copy of it)
