that's what I've got Ian,it doesn't seen a lot but its low enough for day to day driving without dragging its guts over speed humps. make sure you get a 4 wheel alignment done.  cheers steve

I haven't been overly impressed with Bob Jane's service but their prices are pretty good although they are a bit "exy" on wheel alignments...

LOL i have very bad luck in that department...
i30s don't have an adjustable camber, front or rear. the rear has toe but that's it. when you lower it you ll get negative rear camber on the rear but not on the front.

no Ian,when the back gets lowered the wheels get massive toe in because the camber goes negative by about 8 degrees. you need a 4 wheel alignment.

is anyone on here interested in a write up on how to do the springs? i can take pics when i do it... BUT i want to know if there is any point, i mean if no one else plans on doing these things at home, then i would be wasting my time..

BUT if others are interested in doing modifications properly and at home, i can take photos of what to do, then do a simple write up like i did with the boost gauge!

Take a few photos of each bit if you can and I am happy to pick the best then tidy them up and post them (hosted via photobucket) in your "how to" thread if that helps.. (obviously you would have to email them to me first....)

You could then make a thread set out in point form and I could modify the thread and add the image links... Just a thought as I know you don't get on with photobucket...

operation "HIGH30" is complete!

im now riding 35mm lower! its not a hard car to work on aye...

pretty much all you need to change the springs is a 12mm spanner, 14mm spanner, 17 socket, 19 socket and a 21 socket!!! plus 2 jacks and a set of car stands!

im uploading pics as we speak!

Looking forward to seeing the difference and what the job entails. Will this affect the warranty?

Not good m8.. :'( (do you reckon they did it on purpose??)

I parked 3 rows from the door of the supermarket (in an empty row) the other night to avoid panel damage..and copped a mouth full from the wife for parking so far from the entry ...

When I came back out a crappy older car had decided to park next to me instead of closer to the entry in one of the many available spots...

Doesn't that crap you off...
