Title: 100 new members in a month!

We've just hit 100 new members in a month for only the 2nd time in over 3 years .. Last time was 104 in November 2010. Hopefully with a day and a bit to go we may break that record too :mrgreen:

Thanks for continuing to support the best little (getting bigger) website on the net :brilliant:

Where is the error?! On the List or on the statistics?! :question: :exclaim:

Down near the bottom of the forum main page is a link saying "more stats". Click that and all will be revealed :D

I know that and I also saw it. But if we sort the members list in the reverse order of registration date, we have in July, two pages with 30 members each, plus 19 on the third page, only!

The man's not wrong^*.

The "forum stats" shows 6 joining on 1st July and 4 joining on the 2nd. The "memberlist" shows 1 joining on 1st July and 5 joining on the 2nd.

A lot of membership signups never actually activate their account and get removed after 5 days. That's the only thing I can think of, but it doesn't account for what happened on 2nd July. We'll look into it and "bottom it out" :cool:
