Title: Chinese High-Wire Man Left Hanging At 100m
Post by: eye30 on August 08, 2011, 22:21:40
A Chinese high-wire artist lost his footing as he attempted to walk across a tightrope 100m above the ground - with no safety net

I wonder if it was a bit of theatre, I mean, if it wasn't staged (carefully staged) who got the long balance pole throught their skull from 800 feet.  Not likely you'd live through that is it.

And Dazz, I had to stop any dangerous messing about on rocks when I was about 35.    Middle ears went wonky and from then on I got dizzy standing on a thick carpet.   Benign Positional Vertigo, if ya want the technical deets.

I am just a cynical Ba**tard.... that's what lifes made me.   Life has passed me by, only stopping occasionally to spit in my face

My confidence at heights was undermined by a "dicky" knee, but the miracle cream I recommended for my 10,000 post has pretty much sorted that (so I will have to come up with another excuse now..) :winker:
