Title: Red Arrows pilot dies in Bournemouth Air Festival crash

An RAF Red Arrows pilot has died when his plane crashed following a display at the Bournemouth Air Festival in Dorset.

Post by: bumpkin on August 20, 2011, 21:34:29: Indeed, terrible news, the pilot showed absolute selfless heroism in not ejecting to safety in the knowledge that his stricken craft would have crashed into a built up area, he stuck with her and saved a scene of devastation.
