Yeah, you gotta be super careful these days. I'm the sysadmin for my work and part of the job is running a spam server to filter out a lot of those kinds of nasty surprises. The main problem is that a lot of the managers have laptops and while they are here at work they are protected, but then they go home and access their home emails which are not and BAM! infected.
