Thanks Bruno it is a lovely car..  :happydance:

You might like to study the photo tutorial in the welcome section though explainling how to use external hosting.. That way you can post bigger photos (say 800 or 1000 pixels wide) and not risk the loss of your photos if our site is corrupted or crashes for some reason..... :winker:

Nice subtle mods, very good.

Wee questions, the double tail light, how was that done, or do all  i30's do that, :/

That's better thanks Bruno (any hosting site will do) most of them work the same way I believe..

Sye: You can apparently modify the lights quite easily to do that (Ugly Mongrel and a few others have done it I think)

I think from memory there are some dormant globes already in place.. hopefully one of the members who has done this will spot this discussion and point you in the right direction  :D

Sys,
I found a Spanish forum with a "How to do" about this:
http://www.i30.es/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=775 (http://www.i30.es/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=775)
It-s very, very easy, in 15 minutes i make tgis modification.

I did this on my last car also, and will do it on my i30. It is not difficult to connect the upper and lower bulb. In my car there is the fog light in the lower area, but there is a double tread bulb, so it's just to connect.

I like the safety in having at least 1 bulb working in each side of the car, even if 1 bulb dies.
