Title: Diesel fuel prices dropping.

Post by: ouri30 on October 26, 2008, 10:50:31: The advertised price of diesel in Lameroo SA (country SA not far from Vic border) is $1.63. It was $1.69 a week ago. Unleaded petrol is $1.56.

I can get 2c off the advertised price (discount for locals).

Prices ranged from 169.9 down to 150.9.

Petrol was lower by up to 10c. But one woolies in Nowra had diesel and petrol both for 154.9!

i filled up with Caltex Vortex p Diesel @ gladesville $1.57 as after work tomorrow i'm going west .

By us , the diesel is actually by 99Ct/Lt (is about 1.27 Dollar)

Is that US $ or AUD $?

In GBP£ = 77 cents (0.77 euro) so 48% less than UK

I'm paying 106.9 pence (£1.069 = 1.35 euro) per litre for diesel

In Oz = litre

I think it was 2 cents cheaper than unleaded.
