Title: Hyundai plans hot models including i30-3door 'GTI'
Post by: syecadelic on February 15, 2012, 11:34:45: Just found this, and it confirms the talk of a 3 door version and also what I had heard somewhere about a 1.6 turbo mk3 i30 coming in the future

(would Mk3 be an okay thing to call it ? )

Especially if they want the new drivers generation to buy the "hot" versions. Nothing sells a Brand better than competition success. C'mon Hy... get in! :goodjob:

Hyundai used to do WRC back in the accent days, who knows, but I reckon in 5 years or so Hyundai will have their finger back in the motorsport world again.

The plan of a 1.6l Engine is interesting but with a small block about 200hp sounds unthinkable.
More power needs more than 1.6 litres of hub.

Figured that, plus the rear window gives it away.... anyways!! :P

stil reckon its pretty hot, vauxhall astra 3rd shape also in a way. but it will keep me happy for now :razz: :razz: :razz:
