Had my rear window replaced today.
It was done under warranty so FOC.
At the last service it was pointed out that the glass was starting to "laminate" so a warranty claim was submitted and approved.
Has to wait until now due to the car being at the repairers on and off for last 4 months :whistler:
Now all I need is a downpour or I could hose it down to check that the water seal is OK

Yeah be careful, ya might blow the paint off knowing the luck you've had of late :-( :-(

Yes . I live up north so OK.

This work was done by the Hy dealer who I have 200% confidence in.
Just checked. All ok and they are so warm I can even toast bread on the elements

I googled water seal and came up with this. I don't think they're a huge problem for us i30 owners down under :whistler:
