Congrats at last.
The wait will have been worth it.
Enjoy the drive.

Good one Jim...
Look forward to seeing it with the tint (Silver CRDi with tint was my first choice before the wife pushed for Moonlight blue)

That's great JHi30,
We have only had ours for three weeks after a 3 month wait. Your seven months must be some sort of record for a wait. I hope you scored the complimentary services.
We have had the darkest legal tint on our i30 and we are really pleased with it as I am sure you will be too.

Hi JHI30,
We paid just over 26k drive away ourselves but then I added a package deal of tint, rustproofing, paint protection and internal protection for 990. The work was done through Ming (Motorone now) through the broker I went through. It was on his recommendation that we use them. The package was much cheaper than doing each individually. I was very conservative and didn't open the windows for a week to allow the film to really harden and the glass. I like the dark tint as the door pillars blend in to form a total black panel. The tint was also rated for UV. I would love to have a panel across the top of the windscreen but is now illegal here.
