Hello all,
I'm not sure of the cost of this one looking around on the forums there is talk of $70 supply and fit, Adelaide parts has a listing for $75 plus $11 postage, and they could only do this if our friends at Hyundai charge more.
Looks like an easy job to do (there are instructions on here) at home, and buy a carton with the change.

Seems to be the same mob that do the diesel filters I posted before, so you might be able to get a postage discount for both and increase the savings!!

Do you mean this one for $26?

Linked the wrong one... :needhelp:

Thanks Beerman & Daz.... :D
I actually think I made reference to the pollen/cabin filter in the cheap fuel filter thread.
But, it does makes sense to post it up separate..... :goodjob:
-
a quarter the price.
-
Must have missed that, I was just cruising ebay and saw it thought it might be useful.
It looks like they do air and oil filters as well for those looking for the lot.
I haven't changed mine, should poke my head in and have a look (or perhaps I won't, I'm not unhappy with the way my aircon is working).
-
I had mine changed at the 30,000k service. I used an aftermarket one which cost roughly the price of this genuine one.
Thinking about lashing out for one of these.......but, I really need to pull my head in moneywise, decisions, decisions..... :-[
-
If you don't notice it, why change it if you are short of coin?
Wait until financial good fortune smiles and get one then.
Now you've got me feeling all guilty that mine hasn't had one replaced and it is approaching its 60k (still not 2 years old though)
-
Mine's over 3 years old... why would I need to change it?
-
Think of all the money you'll save :happydance:
-
I only changed it as it was part of the 30,000k service....
I know I don't need to change it again for 30,000k, but, it's hard not to be tempted to get another now when they are at such a good price.
I'll sleep on it....
-
Well, I slept on it and then decided to order one. :D
It turned up in the mail today so I'm one happy chappy...... :happydance:
Gotta be happy with the time it took to get here. I've had parcels sent within Australia that have taken longer for me to receive... :goodjob:
-
That's good news. Take that Hyundai Australia..... :snigger:
