Because I'm not allowed to have a relaxing holiday, the power window doodads in my driver door have decided they have had enough. When I put the window back up, just as it was about to be completely closed, I hear and few cracks and my window goes into hiding. Luckily the actual window itself is fine (was quoted $580 for a replacement!!), and tommorow i go to my dealer to see about having the mechanism fixed under warranty. If all goes well it should all be as painless as my previous claims.
Pictures of bits!

That is a bit of an odd one :scared:
On a side note my eldest Brother used to have his own auto electrical business and used to get lots of Mazdas in with Electric Window issues.. Common fault back then was nylon gears in the mechanism giving up the ghost ... He got someone to make up a heap of ones out of brass and sold them at a premium (nice little earner) :happydance:

I hope this is a rare complaint, nylon for gears = irresponsible IMO :fum:

Sorry to hear your doodads have had enough. :( :D

Nothing worse than your doodad spitting the dummy... :(

Looking at a wait till the start of august to get it fixed, booked solid :(
heres hoping the little rubber bits jamming the window closed hold up :P
