Title: Electrical grounding point in rear hatch?
Post by: stochastic on August 25, 2012, 21:12:15
Hey everyone, I'm still in the process of upgrading the entire audio system in my car and I'm looking for the best possible grounding point in the hatch/boot area?  It has to be near the spare on the passenger side but I have about 3' of grounding cable to work with.  I know that the frame of the car is the best spot to ground to, but I see no or very few bolts going into the frame in that area.  Any ideas?

Just for clarity's sake, I'm working on a 2010 Elantra Touring or petrol i30cw for you non-north-americans.
