Title: Phone contacts sorted by surname, anyway to sort by first name?

Proud new owner of a GD Elite, love it.

Having a couple of issues with GPS alerts interrupting radio even though I have set to 'alert only when speeding' anyone else notice this?

My main bug is the phone contact list being sorted by surname.  My iphone sorts them by first name and I far prefer this, anyone having same problem?  Ideas on how I can change this?

BC, if you read this link https://i30ownersclub.com/forum/index.php?topic=16497.msg186382#msg186382 (https://i30ownersclub.com/forum/index.php?topic=16497.msg186382#msg186382) u will see a few issues that have been found with the GPS, in regards to your alert setting it is basically all or nothing, and if you dont have the GPS visable, the dolcent tone does not actually tell you what the actuall warning is for. I have written to Hyundai Aust with some problems noticed in the forum thread refered to earlier.
I also am playing with the phonebook, will have another play 2morrow with it

It can not be changed. It's a global problem with the Nav units and well documented on the web.

Thanks for replies.  Great to know there's an active forum to help solve problems.   Hope access to some software upgrades come about soon

My i40 premium sorts the phone book by first name while my phone sorts by last name.
