A treat for aviation enthusiasts, as a B52 (BUFF) from Barkdale AFB makes a solitary pass, no second opportunity to get pics as my poor wife discovered when she realised her batteries required changing at just the wrong time!!

Meanwhile in a nod to other active US craft which have been around for a while they put up a Huey and Loach.

Love the BUFF, and the helicopters topped it off nicely!! Loach is the pronounciation of the abreviation LOH (Light Observation Helicopter). The Huey got it's name from the original type designator. It was a Helicopter Utility - 1, or HU-1. They changed the designator to UH-1, but the name Huey stuck.
