Title: My first 1000 km

Its been a while but I just managed my first 1000km (1006). I had never done 1k bfore. I never tried hard enuff. Just too cautious coz I always had a high fuel consumption reading (5.8 ltr/100km).


Trip-1006 kms (odo 11600)
DTE went blank '---' when the trip was at 980 kms
consumption displayed - 5.5 lt/00km
Calculated consumption - 5.8lt/100km

Lets see whats in store for my second round
Filled in 59.35 ltrs of fuel.
DTE after filling up - 727.
Current consumption - 5.3 lt/100km
Current trip - 100 km
 
PS: Aircon 'ON' at all times. :wink: :mrgreen:

Congrats mate.
I guess your air-con would never be turned off in NT.
How do you cope with the humidity there?

i managed 777km out of my first tank. looking over 800km atm halfway threw.

Hi russ,
It sure is....well there is aircon nearly everywhere we go..so unless u'r outside walking..it shouldn't be that much of a problem.:)
